I was amazed by the way he explained things about home purchase

I highly recommend Ashish and HomeOptima. Here is my house purchase experience.I and my wife planned to buy our first home in Mississauga last year and we interacted with at least 5-6 agents. We had a few house showings arranged by two agents (from other sources not Homeoptima) prior to contacting Homeoptima. All of the earlier showings had something in common. Those agents only talked about the positive aspects of properties and were kind of in a rush to close the deal. They would only start talking about cons when we say no to a property just for the sake of fake understanding. We got frustrated because of this added pressure. After all it was our first home purchase and not a smartphone which we could replace every year. So, we decided to postpone our house hunting for a while.One of my friend's friend recommended Ashish (from Homeoptima) to us after a few days. I was amazed by the way he explained things about home purchase and compared condos, townhouses and freeholds in terms of investment, lifestyle and longetivity. After all, he was into Business Intelligence prior to getting into Real Estate, so he knows the insights. He showed us 7-8 properties just to explain the different kinds of properties. We saw at least 30 houses in total if not more. He was patient and clearly explained the pros and cons of each one. He also has a team who does in depth analysis to come up with a price range for how much a property is worth of based on several factors including the current market appreciation and comparable units sold +/- interiors etc, once you show your interest for a property. And every damn unit was eventually sold within that price range. We finally found our dream home and are quite happy with the purchase.
